32T Mesh Production Capacity

- Multi-color registration: Supports 6 to 16 colors in one run. Orders with fewer colors can run on two lines simultaneously for higher productivity.

Machine Selection Guide
Best for: Small-batch, multi-style, complex custom prints.
Not ideal for: Roll fabric printing. For roll jobs, DTG, rotary screen or flat screen machines are better options.
Standard Operating Procedure
Curing Process (Critical for Discharge Printing)
Send printed goods into tunnel oven within 15 minutes; long waiting time reduces reducing agent activity.
Tunnel oven parameters:
- Temperature: 150–160°C (measured fabric surface temperature, not instrument reading)
- Belt speed: 8–12 m/min; total heating time: 90–120s
- Full hot air circulation for uniform heating
- Curing target: Reducing agent decomposes under heat to destroy fabric dye, meanwhile color paste forms film and adheres firmly.
- Insufficient temperature: incomplete base color stripping; Over-high temperature: fabric yellowing & embrittlement
- After exiting oven: Cool naturally to room temperature (≥15min). Washing test only after cooling; hot sample washing causes color loss.
Post-processing & Quality Inspection
Washing Test (Mandatory)
Wash cooled sample: Cold water + neutral detergent, repeat 3 washes. Check:
- Base color reversion / greying
- Color layer bleeding / peeling
- Fabric yellowing
- Visual Inspection
- Base color fully stripped, no residual dark patches
- Sharp pattern edge, no smearing or registration deviation
- Smooth surface, no bubbles or pinholes
- Color matching against sealed sample, color difference ΔE < 3
- Physical Test (First piece of mass batch)
- Dry / wet rubbing fastness
- Stretch test (printing no cracking)
- Non-conforming products segregated: Incomplete discharge → recheck reducing agent ratio, curing temperature & time; color shift → re-mix paste for color matching.

Cleaning, Storage & Safety
- After production: Clean screens immediately; clean squeegees and hoppers of oval machine. Residual discharge paste corrodes equipment.
- Paste: Store sealed and away from light; keep reducing agent paste cool. Long-term storage forbidden.
Operation Safety:
- Keep good ventilation; wear rubber gloves and goggles. Avoid skin / eye contact with reducing agent paste.
- Waste liquid shall not be discharged directly; dispose per factory hazardous waste regulation.
- Record: Production log, paste formula, oven temperature profile, fabric batch number, sealed sample ID.
