It is a fully integrated apparel factory: fabric is sourced externally, while cutting, printing, sewing and finishing are all completed in-house. The factory mainly produces for local Peruvian brands with an annual T-shirt output of 850,000 pieces.
Previously, they adopted manual table printing, which suffered from low productivity, rising labor costs and inconsistent print quality. The client met us at an industry exhibition and traveled all the way from Peru to Guangzhou to inspect our factory and machines.
