Common materials for screen printing frames include aluminum, wood, and steel; key physical property indicators include the modulus of elasticity, moment of inertia, density, and coefficient of thermal expansion. Regarding the modulus of elasticity, the values are 0.12 × 10⁷ N/cm for wood, 0.75 × 10⁷ N/cm for aluminum, and 2.1 × 10⁷ N/cm for steel.

Regarding the moment of inertia-assuming a hollow rectangular cross-section (outer dimensions of 5 × 4 cm and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm)-the value is 15.088 cm⁴ for both aluminum and steel frames, while it is 41.667 cm⁴ for wooden frames. In terms of density, the values are 0.9 g/cm³ for wood, 2.7 g/cm³ for aluminum, and 7.8 g/cm³ for steel. Regarding the coefficient of thermal expansion, the values are 2.4 × 10⁻⁵/°C for aluminum, 1.2 × 10⁻⁵/°C for steel, and 3.0 × 10⁻⁵/°C for wood.
