Operating Environment and Raw Material Requirements
The equipment should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated workshop free from corrosive gases to prevent electrical faults caused by moisture. Select the appropriate wire based on the equipment's specified wire gauge range; using wire outside these specifications can lead to mold wear or wire breakage.

Operational Guidelines
Operators must undergo basic training and be familiar with emergency stop procedures and parameter fine-tuning. Before startup, calibrate the wire-feeding wheel clearance to prevent wire breakage or mesh deformation caused by wire diameter variations. In dual-wire mode, ensure consistent tension between the two raw material wires to avoid mesh distortion.

Recalibrate tension sensors after changing wire diameters or mesh specifications. Avoid prolonged idling to prevent overheating of the hook-pin mechanism.

Maintenance
Perform basic maintenance (lubrication, tightening, and cleaning) every 500 hours of operation, and inspect critical components (such as the main shaft and hook pins) every 2,000 hours. Regularly clear debris from the hook needles and guide rails to prevent jamming, which could affect weaving precision.

Use specialized metalworking fluid for the lubrication system; standard machine oil is prohibited. In humid or corrosive environments, installing anti-rust covers and using stainless steel transmission components is recommended.

Common Faults and Troubleshooting
If the servo motor fails to operate, check for cracked wiring, ensure the programmed length is not set to zero, and inspect the contactor for burnout. If the cutter fails to operate, check for damaged wiring, ensure the motor is not overloaded by heavy wire fragments, and verify that the cutter's proximity switch is correctly aligned with the sensing cam. If the mesh formation is poor, check for uneven mesh openings and inconsistent wire (side wire) quality; ensure the alignment is straight and adjustable, and check/tighten any loose clutch springs. If the edge-folding mechanism malfunctions, verify that the dimensions on both sides of the screen match and adjust the mold accordingly; check if the folding arm is properly positioned (the semi-circular cam can be adjusted to a specific point to clamp the edge vertically, and front/rear spacers can be removed).
