Large Pallet

Pallets feature an 8mm solid platen paired with our proprietary support structure, which permanently prevents pallet deformation.Screen printing pallet is the very critical part to ensure the printing keep consistent ,the unique quality of Bihong Platen for screen printing press its structure greatly enhances bending resistance, keeping the platen free from deflection under long-term load.

To guarantee consistent printing performance for large and extra-large platens: the machine frame incorporates secondary rails to create a dual-track system and avoid platen sagging. The trolley is supported by bracket beams, ensuring the large platen resists deformation even after prolonged operation.
