The fully automatic printing system consists of a fully automatic conveyor-belt printing machine and a tunnel dryer; it is primarily used for printing and drying textile fabrics and non-woven fabric cut pieces.

The printing machine utilizes an Ethernet-based control system for enhanced communication stability, features a three-stage precision independent positioning system to reduce energy consumption and noise, and employs a screen alignment system to improve registration accuracy. Each print head allows for independent control of squeegee angle, pressure, and stroke count, while the independent lifting function facilitates easy screen cleaning. The machine is equipped with a professional Habasit conveyor belt (Swiss-made) and a Yaskawa servo drive system (Japanese-made) to ensure printing precision and stability, alongside an energy-efficient belt-washing unit to conserve water.

The tunnel dryer utilizes a centrifugal flash-drying unit; its gold-plated infrared heating tubes and adjustable centrifugal axial-flow fans circulate hot air within the chamber, achieving a 25% reduction in energy consumption. Key components include genuine German far-infrared ceramic heating plates, Japanese Fuji temperature controllers, and a Teflon mesh belt conveyor system, with an operating temperature range of 0–300°C.
