A vibrating screen is primarily composed of components such as the screen mesh, screen frame, vibration springs, sealing strips, bouncing balls, and a vibration motor. During operation, wear and tear often necessitate frequent replacement of certain parts. Drawing on Xinxiang Dahan's extensive experience in the design, manufacturing, sales, and maintenance of vibrating screens, we outline below the key points regarding the replacement of these accessories:
As the component in direct contact with the material, the screen mesh is prone to damage over prolonged use. The following are the detailed steps for replacing the screen mesh:
Loosen the clamp ring screws and remove the upper frame; take off the damaged fine mesh and replace it with a new one.
Lay the fine mesh flat over the coarse mesh and reposition the upper frame; manually pull the fine mesh taut around the edges. Use locking pliers to clamp the upper and lower frames together at two points on opposite sides of the machine body.
Trim away the excess fine mesh protruding beyond the frame edges, leaving a margin of approximately two centimeters.
Reinstall the clamp ring, remove the locking pliers, and securely tighten the clamp ring screws.
Use a soft mallet to tap evenly around the clamp ring, then tighten the brass nuts to ensure the screen mesh is securely fastened.
