Production and manufacturing process flow:
Use 60x80mm square tubes with a thickness of 2.5-2.7mm. Currently, many manufacturers use 60x60mm square tubes.
Laser cutting and drilling are completed in one operation, ensuring that each square tube falls within acceptable tolerances.
Welding: precision control within 0.3mm
Special process: Using a gantry milling machine, the precision of each frame section is within 0.05-0.1mm, ensuring the parallelism of the frames. Even if the installation is repeated due to relocation of the factory, consistent stability can be maintained.
After welding and appearance treatment
Production process:
Laser → Welding → Grinding → Gantry Milling → Welding → Grinding → Appearance Treatment
