Note: Color concentrate is usually 5–10% of total paste weight. Excessive curing agent can cause premature thickening, mesh clogging or a brittle film; always follow the paste manufacturer's recommended ratio and prepare fresh for immediate use.
4.Paste Storage and Handling
Store pastes sealed in a cool, dark place (5–30°C recommended) to prevent skinning, caking and settling. Stir thoroughly before use. Prepared paste should be used within 4–8 hours; prolonged exposure causes thickening, skinning or air entrapment. Before mass production, test a small sample of each new paste/color batch for color and fastness consistency.
